This season’s Emporio Armani Underwear collection for women adopts a new approach to shape, now more constructed than before featuring new materials for greater comfort and chic daily wear. The broad colour palette explores new fashion shades alongside the timeless classics.
Both the sports lines offer an abundance of choice. The first is defined by the strong contrast between black and white and minimal shapes, always softened by the use of branded cotton micro mesh, an extremely feminine and delightfully tactile fabric. The second in a classic stretch jersey blend is adorned with ultra delicate lace in a subtle harmony of fine lamé threads.
Chalk stripes, French lace, transparent effects that alternate with geometric cuts and original prints are just some of the new features this season.
Nothing could be more sensual than the new tone on tone branded stretch satin chosen for the basic line, the same fabric also being chosen for the items featuring fine ribbons which cross over at the most strategic points of the body following its natural curves.
Dedicated to Saint Valentine, the two piece set in a material with an all over pattern of hearts and tiny touches of glitter.
The home-wear section comprises small matching cashmere sets in jaunty shapes, while pyjamas and nightdresses present special prints and distinctive colour effects.

MEN

A diverse and rich choice of materials characterises the Emporio Armani Underwear collection for men this season. The section devoted to the younger target market favours stretch cotton and branded elastic. The classic colours white, black, blue and grey are teamed with vibrant hues of geranium red and violet and embellished with fashion details such as lurex stitching, tape inserts and contrast ribbons with metallic elastic threads.
The all over printed logo adorns the stretch jersey items, while a large printed eagle stars on those in stretch cotton rib.
More sophisticated fabrics are available to suit the needs of the more demanding customer: pima cotton, thread dyed cotton, micro fibres, mesh, striped stretch polyamide, micro piquet and modal. The colour palette includes a wide range of natural marls, new this season, with eye catching touches of silver in the seams or in the elastic and fluorescent details in the items in micro fibre.
The loungewear section is not to be ignored with a range of soft and comfortable clothes in modal and bamboo.
