The Armani Group is pleased to announce the opening of the First Emporio Armani Store in Taipei, Taiwan on March 14th, 2007. Located at N. 57-1, section 2, Chungshan North Road, Chungshan District, Taipei, the new store covers over 330 square metres on one floor with 2 windows.

Much more than a fashion boutique, the new store design embodies giorgio armani’ s vision of the modern, casual lifestyle that Emporio Armani represents. The store offers the complete Emporio Armani lifestyle collection for men and women including formal and casual wear, sportswear, leather accessories, watches, eyewear, and jewellery collections.
 
Giorgio Armani, together with a team of in-house architects, designed the new store following the image of the recently opened Emporio Armani stores in  London – Brompton road, Seoul – Korea, Bangkok – Suvarnabhumi Airport, Thailand and Hangzhou, Cina.
The flooring is made of black glossy ceramic and silver resin while the ceiling features stainless steel panels and silver marmorino  with recessed lights. Two backlit images dominate the entrance of the store.
The accessories areas, which feature black mirrored walls, are located on both sides of the entrance. The external façade is  in black glossy metal  with backlit logo. The overall impression is of modernity mixed with the essence of emporio armani in an unexpected and elegant way to create the perfect surrounding for the products.

Giorgio Armani said, “The new design of the Emporio Armani store in Taipei  is part of the company’s on-going strategy to strengthen and differentiate the individual product lifestyles of the house and to create an environment where the store architecture supports the presentation of the collections in a way that is modern and accessible for our customers.”
